Really disappointing experience with Vivid Print Ads. What was initially promised regarding turnaround times and delivery could not be met, and communication throughout the process was slow and inconsistent. Despite submitting artwork within the advised timeframe, delays on their end including late responses and lack of follow-up meant the order couldn’t proceed as expected. There was also no option for priority production, even when we were willing to pay extra. The proofing system was frustrating and unreliable, with errors in the artwork and no clear way to upload revisions. Multiple attempts to get support went unanswered, leaving us without clarity or updates when it mattered most. To make matters worse, even after the initial issues, we were reassured a second time that the remaining lightbox skins would be delivered on time but this commitment was not met. While part of the order was eventually fulfilled, the rest had to be refunded due to missed timelines that were originally promised more than once. Overall, the customer process needs significant improvement especially around communication, system functionality, and delivery reliability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using their services if you’re working to a deadline.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Vivid Ads. Some time ago I ordered fabric flags from them, but instead I was sent a table throw. When I contacted them about the mistake, they told me they would check and get back to me. After following up later, I was told that because more than a month had passed, they could not do anything about it. The issue was never resolved. On another occasion, I placed an order for wall media and chose to pick it up myself. I asked if the shipping fee could be refunded since I was collecting the order, but the request was refused. More recently, I placed another order for two flags. Their website clearly states 24-hour production, however it has now been several days and the order has still not arrived. When contacting them, I did not receive a clear explanation or helpful support. Based on my experience, the service has been unreliable and the customer support has not been helpful when problems occur. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

The print quality was okay, but the table cloth is very short. . . It doesn't reach from table top to floor as I expected it to based on the images on the site. Customer service was very lacking, and the online portal is clunky and impossible to use effectively. I would not recommend it.

Website is a little finicky on responsiveness and experience. I like the progression tracker which leaves no guesswork. Although I still don’t know where you can upload revisions of updated designs. My printed table runner has a small faint white spots near the logo which makes it noticeable when looking down. If it was on the other side. I would be okay with it. I do need to fix the qr code placement and was my mistake Shipping is fast. An experience almost comfortable. As for quality, it feels nice and will have to see how durable it is.

Printed Wrong, Delivered Late, No Response Really disappointing experience with Vivid Ads. We approved artwork using their own template, with a specific light brown colour clearly selected, but the final flags were printed black — completely different from what was approved. On top of that, production was delayed. The items were printed a week after approval and only arrived after the exhibition they were meant for, making them useless for the purpose. Communication was also very poor. Multiple follow-ups were ignored, and there was no update or accountability throughout the process. I was expecting at least an apology or some form of resolution, but nothing was offered. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating from start to finish.

Even the review process is difficult, I am now having to retype my review.

Great wnd result abd fast production and delivery

Have not received the product yet, but the process was good so far.

Terrible shipping service I still don’t receive my product , I ordered in December.
