The process from start to finish was seamless. For a small business with a limited budget, the outcome exceeded my expectations.

I had an excellent experience using Vivid and happily recommended to colleagues - we did our own artwork in Canva following the template measurements from the media wall product. Placed our order on weekend, uploaded artwork and payment by required time on Monday, our media wall was ready for pick up by Wednesday. Used first time by Friday at our venue - WOW. The only challenge is instructions which no one has / had time to find or read as we were running late for our event. A suggestion would be a QR to a short video to be put as a label on the frame. And the locking pins are stiff being new so perhaps keep some WD40 handy for pulling apart.

Website was easy to navigate, sale was really good for the Aframe we were after. Happy with the final product. Only downside was picking it up, the person helping was very quiet and didnt feel welcoming. So it was awkward and odd.

Very professional! We had an urgent request for our event in Sydney, when I saw VividAds website, we immediately placed the order. We were already preparing mentally in case the 2 lightboxes we ordered could not be delivered on time. However, it was really surprising that everything came 1 day before estimated time.
