Really upset that even after I provided medical proof that I needed it I still kept getting emails about needing clearance and it stalled my delivery. It wasn’t until I said to just refund me if it wasn’t going to be delivered, that they pushed the order through. That I don’t appreciate. I’ve had a sb tube for five years. With future customers maybe take their initial proof that face value or if there’s an issue with it call instead of emailing
