The product itself is great, but the lack of privacy and discretion in the shipping is completely unacceptable. My order was shipped in the **original product box with no discreet outer packaging whatsoever**, basically advertising to anyone who handled or saw the package that I’m using injectable medication. I understand that an additional shipping box costs a few extra dollars, but **customer privacy should not be where a company chooses to save money**. People deserve discretion when ordering products related to their personal health. Great product, but the shipping and privacy practices seriously need to be addressed.

Breg Ice Machine Hip attachment. Basicly buyer beware. If you open the packaging and the product does not meet your needs and in my case is much smaller than I thought it would be, you are basically out of luck. Not happy with my purchase and I'm looking for a full refund plus the shipping costs just like Amazon Prime
