I have NOT RECEIVED the product. Your carrier did not deliver at the apartment but at the building mailroom, even though there is a poster that states FED-Ex, Amazon and others MUST deliver to individual apartments. I called Vitality customer service explained the situation and sent photo of the note on the mailroom door. The answer from Vitality? They cannot accept the "RETURNED ITEM". Is anybody listening?
