rdered a month ago, says it was delivered but never received. This happens - but they never resolved it and I waited a month for replacement that never came. Ended up getting a refund but still no medical device. Not ideal customer service. They need a better system.

Terrible customer service. The item was defective, but the return process has been worse. I’ve spent weeks trying to get responses. They approved the return, asked me for a date/time for pickup because the unit is extremely heavy, then stopped responding. I have severe back issues—which is why I bought the product—and cannot haul this to FedEx myself. The unit has been packed and ready. I just need someone to actually follow through. I would not purchase from Vitality Medical again.
