I ordered a Roho cushion online on Friday and received an invoice stating 3–5 business day shipping and no tracking number. After spending over $400, I expected timely updates, but by Wednesday I had not received a tracking number. I left two messages with no response. On Thursday I finally reached a representative, I was informed the item was delayed. I ordered under the impression it was in stock based on the 3–5 day shipping timeframe. If the product was backordered, that should have been clearly communicated before purchase. Even after canceling my order, I continued receiving backorder updates stating it would ship nearly two weeks after purchase!. Customers should be clearly informed about stock availability before being charged. I recommend contacting the company prior to ordering to confirm inventory.
