Good product. I am spoiled by fast shipping though. I would have like to have received the product faster. Otherwise, a very positive experience.

Still waiting for return instructions for defective product. Tried calling, no one picked up the phone for 10 minutes so I gave up and did online return. No return directions provided to me yet.

Very expensive you either pay alot to order a few or pay alot to order box. Which in some cases is unaffordable but necessary and recommended by some surgeons. Please consider meeting customer in the middle and/or offer discounts.
