I ordered it - the correct address showed up on my profile. I submitted the order. It shows that it was shipped and delivered, but it was not delivered due to bad address, even though as I said my correct address is in my profile. I asked them to resend this multiple times and they refused. I asked multiple times for a supervisor, and no one called me back. I received a refund even thought, I said that I did not want the refund - I wanted the product and as I said asked for a supervisor. I got a partial refund on this because they did not refund the shipping. I asked them to refund the shipping but never received it. Vitality Medical has serious customer service problems.
