Overall a great experience with the product and delivery

I tried to return these boots through the Vintage Foundry system with their shipping label. I have confirmation that they received my shipment, and they have not processed yet refund, and they have the absolute worst customer service. I hope someone reads this and tries to improve customer service. They have successfully turned off a formerly loyal customer.

Terrible experience!! These boots were very poor quality and too large for me. When I sent them for return according to proper procedure and in a timely manner, they were held up at the company's warehouse and never got there for the return. I then received an email stating it was too late to return them. I lost my money and a terrible pair of boots. This was so disappointing as I've always had good experiences shopping with Vintage Foundry. Never going to shop with this company again.
