Shoes are great, quality of leather is great, however returns are not made easy, you have to e-mail them and wait days for them to reply to send you a return link. DON'T pay extra for shipping, I paid extra for "2 days delivery" but my order took over a week to be delivered, you are better off with regular shipping.

I will NEVER buy again. I purchased a pair of shoes... which I never received. I contacted customer support. (calling it support is a JOKE) Exchanged multiple emails and they said they were sending a replacement for my lost order. SURPRISE! Never got those either. After NUMEROUS emails trying to find a resolution with no responses and no help, they finally tell me that my issue is outside of their window of time for resolution so they can't help me. BUYER BEWARE!! terrible company to do business with. They took my money and I got nothing. No product...no refund... just "sorry we can't do anything"

Thou I absolutely love this boot aka my cute boot. The white sole which is classic should be way more durable, so they last longer especially for what the boot cost.

Everything was ok. It was my mistake that at first I ordered the wrong size. The customer service was kind enough to explain to me the process of international returns. I would, however, have much appreciated if they also told me what shipping company I should have used. Finally, I figured it out myself.
