Order boots and paid extra for overnight shipping. Literally received them 6 days later. Reached out to customer service and never heard back. HORRIBLE customer service. Order only if you have all the time in the world.

Ordered my boots in December, active wearing - 7 times. I noticed, that the back of the shoes (right next to the sole) began to chip, creases and bends appeared. It's not looking good at all (I will not be able to use them next season). Very sad, because I really like them. May be the size is not correct? They feel a bit bigger, though my actual size is also 8 (the one that I ordered).

I purchased the Henrietta Tall Boots and get complements every time I wear them. Great fitting and arrived quickly!

Excellent fit straight out of the box. Wore for hours to a wedding after only trying them on, no sore spots. Well made, no break in required, true to size. This is my first pair from VF, certainly not my last…

Shoes run really BIG!! I missed my return window so I have a brand new, never will be worn pair in my closet.

As I stated earlier, these boots are nice but the bottom of the inner sole is very hard. Not comfortable at all and a Flat boot should be walkable. The return was so complicated I sold them on my own. Very disappointing

My boot was too small. When I tried to return it, customer service was horrible, practically non-existent. I emailed multiple times and it took several days to get just one reply. I was told that the company never received the package I returned which I mailed using the label they sent me. I even showed them the tracking info showing that the package was at a sorting facility. They never replied and I never got a refund.
