Again, I ordered two pairs of shoes only received one in a box that was open and tampered with please see the pictures below. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for them to correct it and have not gotten anything but a visit from UPS.

Ordered boots on Feb 1, 2024. Have received 3 pairs, two that did not fit and are egregiously oversized and a 3rd pair that wasn’t even the same brand. I am currently trying to make a return or exchange for another pair but continue to get half hearted attempts to rectify the situation. If someone can help me resolve this issue I’ll change my opinion.

Ordered a size 7.5 and received size 7 in a box marked 7.5. Submitted an exchange explaining the issue and the correct size was send in a couple weeks.

Just need instructions on how to return
