I really love these boots! They are comfortable, and they look great recommend ordering a 1/2 size to a size up.

Bought a pair, they are high quality and fit was spot on (13). Fashionable, well made and comfy out of the box. Bought a second pair middle of the first day in my shoes

The shape and colors in this last batch of orders seem off.

The worst experience ever. I guess these boots will make good paper weights.

I love these boots, they just fit a little loose

I was really looking forward to these Henrietta boots, but the very first time I tried them on the metal clip at the shoestring broke right off. I emailed to return or exchange. They send me a return label, but it was not pre-paid, so I had to pay another $17 to ship the broken boots back to Vintage Foundry Co. I had been three weeks since I shipped them back and I have still not received the refund. Maybe I just happened to get the one pair that was damaged, not sure. But based on my personal experience, this is not a high quality boot and the customer service has been sub par.

I cannot provide a good review. I needed to return a pair of boots and had such a hard time getting a response from customer service. When they did finally get back to me, the link they provided would not recognize my order number. I contacted them at the email address they have (it is hard to call as I am hearing impaired) and never received a call. So I am stuck with a costly pair of boots which I cannot wear at all because the time has passed for returns or exchanges. I like their products but this does not impress.

Poor quality and customer service. The heel broke after 4 times wearing. When I inquired about a repair I was told to “find a cobbler”.

This is laughable. You NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT... and never responded to repeated inquiry to get resolution. I will never purchase from Vintage Foundry again.

Would give zero stars because there seems to be no customer service whatsoever. The product instantly falls apart and are not worth the price you pay. Completely unwearable. I am mega upset.
