I was disappointed in my purchase. After spending a significant amount of money my rare cactus had 2 damage spots and the top shape was awkward compared to the bottom

Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Plants, and an outright Terrible Experience.

I received my trio of mini cactus BUT!!! The tiny pots they are in are much to small and makes them top heavy and easily fall over. The cactus themselves are nice.

I bought a 2ft cutting and received and 17 inch cutting instead. I have tried reaching out to the company and still have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed.

Had an issue with the order. Sent 2 emails One regarding a pending $25.00 charge. The other regarding a replacement cactus. No reply to either. Also posted a comment on Facebook asking about the time to respond to emails, no comment.
