Cutting arrived infested with scale - I have reached out multiple times to customer service and have received NO communication. This was an expensive purchase and now I’m stuck with an infested and difficult to treat cutting. Highly disappointed all around.

The 3 plants arrived in fine condition. They were bigger than I expected for such small pots. I repotted them and the results are fantastic! Well worth the cost.
