Cutting arrived infested with scale - I have reached out multiple times to customer service and have received NO communication. This was an expensive purchase and now I’m stuck with an infested and difficult to treat cutting. Highly disappointed all around.

The 3 plants arrived in fine condition. They were bigger than I expected for such small pots. I repotted them and the results are fantastic! Well worth the cost.

The plant arrived in excellent condition and is adapting very well.

Tried contacting someone about a dead plant and still have no reply from company.

Scammed and poor customer service. I've ordered from them before and the cactus were fine. My recent order was for the high end Twisty Peruvian cactus, and they sent me the wrong cactus. I emailed them 3 times and filled out a contact request from their website. Not one response. Clearly they don't want to correct the mistake and are choosing to ignore me. They are scammers.

I’ve bought ~10-15 plants from Varnish and Vine over the years and nothing but wonderful experiences. The tropicals thrived and the cactus rooted and flourished. Unfortunately, after a recent cross-country move, I had to start my plant collection over. My delivery arrived late last week and the Bird of Paradise was not only smaller than the size I purchased, it was dead with a capital D, not a single part of the plant was salvageable:( I reached out to their team to let them know but haven’t heard back which is very disappointing. I hope they resolve the issue soon.
