Submitted review and asked for a solution to my NEW scratched lenses. No answer. Smith has yet to respond to me. I received new goggles with a scratched lense. It’s been more then two weeks.

The quality control on the replacement lens wasn’t the best

Shipping was slow and expensive. Sadly no shops offer additional lenses so I had to order online, which I dislike. Ski goggles should come with 2 lenes to cover all light conditions.

Ordered some new goggles with photochromatic lenses. The lenses don’t appear to be reacting to UV as they should. Reached out to customer service and got an AI response. Tried the recommended test with no change in result and contacted customer service again as instructed. Since reaching out, I have yet to receive any more responses from anyone with customer service to remedy the issue.

I ordered I/O mag lenses and I didn't see anywhere on the site that the lenses had changed since I bought my frames. The magnets on the lenses I ordered do no line up with those on my frames. Unfortunately I didn't put the lenses on the frames before I left for my ski trip so I didn't realize the change until it was too late. I had to use them and they popped off a couple times when pulling my goggles up onto my helmet.

Been a customer for years. Great products with have a great warranty.
