Simple and straightforward

Very easy process to order RX sunglasses. The service was excellent.

Mag 4D sizing changed (nose bridge) over previous but that was not stated. Had to return and went with Mag I/O (replacement from my old I/O). Lost sale pricing because new order date ended up being after sale.

I believe I received a defective pair. Upon wearing it the first time, the goggle fogged up in between the lens withing the first two hours. When I took the lens off, I noticed there’s a weak spot in the foam where the lens are glued together. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response and now I’m stuck with the product. Also this did not fit my glasses as advertised. This product was defective and did not work. I trusted the brand name and I’m very dissapointed.

I've been requesting instructions on how to repair my Lowdown2 glasses. After several weeks and several requests have passed, Smith have not responded. Not even an acknowledgement of the problem. My problem has been ignored.

I just received my new sunglasses from Smith with a progressive prescription in them. They are fabulous! They have now become my favorite sunglasses. I was a little concerned how the prescription would come out but they did a fantastic job. I would recommend Smith to anyone!
