Perfect transaction. Quick shipping
Very loose, disappointing for the price and my last pair were perfect! Any way to make them tighter?
Great CS. Stayed in close touch during the warranty replacement process. Product came quickly as promised. I had $$ left on the voucher. Would have been nice if it could have been used on the shipping but oh well. Satisfied with new Guides Choice.

I have had a lot of problems with my vision in the past 5 years and it has been very difficult to get a good pair of prescription glasses/lenses that actually improved by eyesight. However, my vision is very good now with my new Smith's. On top of that, ordering online was really easy and your pricing is very good. Thanks.

Ordering prescription classes was easier than I thought. One support call answered all questions.
I’ve been a Smith fan for decades. I own multiple pairs. I recently ordered a pair of the Shoutouts with an RX prescription. Upon arrival and trying them on, they would not stay on my head without using a set of retailers (Chums). So I measured the width at the temples to compare them to other pairs of Smith eyeglasses that I own. All the other pairs measure 5. 5 inches =/- a pinch width at the temples. The Shoutouts are 6. 5 They actually appear to be bowed out. I contacted the Smith customer service line to explain the situation. I included images and measurements to help explain the situation. They replied that Smith does not measure that distance, only the temple length and the width of the glasses. Therefore, they were not defective. It would not seem to be too much to ask that a CS person grab a pair from stock or display and measure the width at the temples. If the standard/normal for the Shoutout is 6. 5 inches, ok it’s on me, and my problem for buying on-line without trying on first. But without taking that step, I feel like I got the brush off. And to top it off, when I went to use them, the prescription is not accurate or crisp. Disappointing to say the least.
Things ran very smooth
