Glasses broke. Customer service replaced, but with a different pair. The new pair doesn't work at all for me, and customer service said I can't return/replace them - after several emails trying to get a response. So now I am stuck with a pair of glasses that don't work. . . the first ones did, but the lenses keep popping out. Contact me if you are interested in resolving this.
