sent previously (but undelivered): The GOOD NEWS: These wrap-around SMITH [Parallel Max II] lenses are terrific, reducing glare very well & very light and comfortable. The BAD NEWS: a) The lens materials are soft and scratch easily, and b) the wrap-around frame design permits their (short) arm ends, to contact/rub against the lenses' surfaces when closed, and c) SMITH has no carrying case with an internal 'separator' fin that when the arms are closed in the case, the fin prevents the arm ends from contacting/rubbing the lenses surface. [see attached photo]] So SMITH, make such a case - you'd sell a million of 'em. With a 'belt loop' you'd sell a zillion of 'em.

Customer service was great in getting replacement goggles. I love the new goggles and couldn’t be happier.

Fits perfect. Thicker than I expected. That’s a good thing! Applied wax to the leather and is keeping my son warm and dry! Leather seems to be tough enough for snowboarding in the glades and abuse from ratchet on bindings. Canvas is breathable. Looks better as they age.

I see better out of these goggle inserts then I do out of ANY of my glasses!!!! They are awesome!!!!

I wish the product images was better for replacement lenses. The choices for replacements are not the same as the new purchase [bobcat] and it's hard to tell how the lens color looks on replacement lenses from that product page alone. The way the products are presented between the two pages makes it difficult to confirm / know you if you will be happy with a lens tint before it arrives. I wish you could easily filter/sort lenses by color blocking level. I ordered amber trying to get a better low light lens for snow sports and shady trail activities. they work but I don't love the color in person. In hindsight, I probably would have ordered a different color if I could tell easier upfront.

Cancelled my first order in early February without telling me. Placed second order and you shipped me a broken helmet. Have submitted 3 claims to customer service/warranty support and haven’t heard back for 2+ weeks. Winter is over and I still have no helmet!!!

Expensive, but worth it. We now have 3 lenses for our 4DMAG goggles for low, med, and high brightness.

Goggles come with a amber spare lense, a goggle bag for spare lense, a spare lense protective cloth cover and also has a hard case for storage for both spare lense and and goggle. Shipment was pretty quick and product was not damaged at all.

I have a problem with a helmet being very noisy. Smith warranty says it's normal for the helmet to Ronaldo this much Envy this noisy. I'm not very happy because I'm now stuck with a very expensive helmet that is too annoying to use.
