The service is very good, if you have a problem with a product, they reply very fast and the Smith team is super nice and kind
I’m not happy with the return policy. It’s not in keeping with most online purchases I’ve made with other companies. Beware that: Only full price items can be returned so if you buy anything on Black Friday or cyber Monday you better make sure the items fit.
Very pleased with the service I received for a warranty replacement of a pair of Smith sunglasses I got years ago. Will gladly shop Smith next time I need sunglasses!

The product is great but ordered online and size was off, no exchange policy. So I returned it at my cost, ended up with no product and a return charge plus a 10 business day to get refunded.
It took almost one month to receive my goggles due to a lost parcel, and the goggles arrived with stains that cannot be wiped off. I contacted customer service three weeks ago but still haven’t received any response. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience.
Lenses arrived with a powder covering them. Micro-scratched lenses. Told this is not covered by warranty. So not very good. Frames are nice though.
The Helmet is great and she will be very happy with it.
Prior to ordering I had email correspondence with Smith optics customer support. Initially I was told that an RX order could be returned if the fit or other details were not satisfactory. On the website and said this is not possible. In a follow up email I was told that only non-RX orders are returnable. So I made a non-RX order frame to try on. The website required that I select blue light so I did. I like the frames but I want to choose a different color for my RX order. The website says that my order is not eligible for return. I filled out the customer contact form two times and have yet to get a response.
Terrible, everything is handled with a form you fill out online, zero customer service, smith what happened to you, you used to be a great brand for the outdoor enthusiasts, now you are like everyone else, automated and disapppointing!
Very happy with Survey Mips but unhappy that I cannot get a replacement visor.

Great customer service. I recently broke the visor on my helmet and Customer Service sent me a new one (i didn't even have to ask!).
SMITH, the company is a good company with good response. But over the years, their warranty has gotten worse. It doesn’t feel so bad when you get a pair of sunglasses replaced after they break but then they stopped giving a full warranty. That’s when I stopped purchasing SMITH
