Dear Smith, I ordered two pairs of I/O ski goggles recently. One I received on March 19, 2026 (1246590), and the other I received March 23, 2026 (1249214). The former (1246590) was a birthday present to my son. In the picture below, you’ll see that the lens is defective. The order came with a Chromapop sun green mirror and another one that is in the picture below. I’m not sure what that color is, but I believe it’s meant for cloudy days and more appropriate for flat light. Anyway, if you look at the section that clips into the nose piece, you’ll see that there’s a double layer intruding on the tab that clips into the opening in the nose piece. Because of that double layer being where it is, when the lens is situated in place, it does not seal. Wind comes into the goggles because there a gap. There is not a tight seal. What can I do to replace this defective lens? If you need more information from me, please tell me. The shipment was sent to my home address at John Achorn, 240 Portland Street, Lancaster, NH 03584.

This lightweight helmet fits me very well. The helmet is true to size and the adjustment system allows for a custom fit, even when I add a thin stocking cap for cooler temperatures. The shell is durable and the Mips system is a plus. The adjustable visor is also a great feature. Best helmet I’ve ever owned.

Great looking pair of sport glasses. They look even better in person. I use them for road cycling (and the Bobcat/Wildcat for dirt (gravel and mtb). Love the fact that you get a case, soft towel glass holder and extra clear lens with every purchase.

Fast shipping and nice glasses. They come with a soft bag that also doubles as a lens cleaner. My older pair of the same glasses also included a hard case, but the newer ones do not. Still, they’re worth purchasing if you’re looking for solid, all-around sunglasses.

I have been having ski goggle foam and helmets fall apart through time. Took forever to get a warranty claim approved now I'm still waiting for a refund for a pair of goggles I returned. It's a total disaster. Maybe they were bought by private equity and all the people who knew anything were fired. Smith have lost their way. Tremendous disappointment.

Got a prescription, got the inserts and they work great. Helps a lot especially in flat light. No fog, stay in place and give better definition to the snow surface. Sould have gotten a while ago and might have avoided knee replacement. Thanks Smith.
