Smith took care of me with these RX glasses!

After initially getting a pair that was scratched, I spoke to a very nice associate who sent a replacement… unfortunately it was the wrong model. I also got a pair of Hooksets in the same shipment that were badly scuffed. I used to be a big fan of Smith but their quality control seems to have tanked lately… probably holiday volume but we'll see I guess.

Lenses are wonky. Visually staining. Disappointed.

Order was fine but goggles may be unusable due to the strap.

It took 2 weeks to ship here in Canada, the box was opened when it arrived but the items are complete and no damage! I have to return one helmet because it didn’t fit well to my head. The item has been returned though im still waiting for my refund.

last warranty was refused , even if the frame broke while cleaning them.

Very disappointed with customer service and return policy. Helmet fit small.

Easy to buy - the only piece of feedback that was a surprise to me was that you don't provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, and that was not clearly communicated beforehand on the shipping policy. So I had to pay $25 just to return the prod that did not fit, while still keeping the one I liked.

Can’t rate this item because I still haven’t received it (3 weeks after purchasing!) I’ve emailed Smith twice and had no response from customer service. I’m sure the product is great, but the customer service is lacking!
