I bought some sliders at Sea Otter, having had a great chat with the sales team. And I think they are a great shape and loved how they look. But when I got home, the nose piece and one of the rubber bits on the temple fell off, within a few weeks. The nose piece is not sold as a spare, making these basically landfill. At which point all the customer service team was to offer a 50% discount. When I have basically just bought a brand new pair of glasses. The whole experiance has been very poor once you had taken my money!
