The coffee pot is good im disappointed about not being able to get the colorful machine with the features. I think 3 filters is ridiculous. For over$350. The company can spring for a box of 100 to start me out. Others so far, it makes great coffee.

I love my Moccamaster! I got a great cup of coffee from the first brew! The color Ocean initially caught my eye. I am so glad that I chose it because it’s so beautiful and soothing to look at. It should be a permanent colorway so that more folx can enjoy it! I bought the same machine for my partner who also loves it! I look forward to many years and countless brews with my Moccamaster! Superb, classy, and functional

I ordered coffee grinder tabs which I received quickly and they worked great. However there was one packet missing from the box. I contacted customer service and the IMMEDIATELY sent me a whole new box (three packets), no charge. I will be buying from them again.

Amazing in every way!

A friend generously gave me a $3000 coffee machine that I would never buy for myself and five years in, the grinder died. I was sad, but enjoyed it. Going on the market, I asked some coffee aficionado’s, and they pointed me to Moccamaster. Boy, I have loved it. I am tickled with it. Easy to use. Makes amazing coffee. I went from a Cadillac to a BMW. No regrets!

My coffee maker is 10 years old and it still works. Best coffee maker ever replacing worn out parts of every once in a while that’s it.
