It’s been exactly 8. 5 years since I bought my Moccamaster KBGV coffee maker. I’ve used it literally almost every day. It works 100% like the day I bought it. Fast, hot and flavorful coffee…always made with filtered water and fresh ground beans. I religiously descale and clean it. It has stayed looking new and I’m most proud of this kitchen appliance. It’s always a conversation piece. 8 of my friends and relatives have purchased this machine based on my satisfaction and they all are glad they did. I love how they are made. Great product! Consistent coffee…Never burned or bitter. Grind is important, don’t expect to buy Folgers ground coffee off the shelf and get a great cup, it is too fine. Buy a grinder or opt for a coarser medium grind and you will not be disappointed.
