Great to not throw away the whole unit for one $5 replacement of a pice that wears out!

The entire Moccamaster experience from selecting online to ordering to shipment and delivery was exceptional. Set up was easy and after tweaking my grind and coffee to water ratio I am making the best coffee I ever tasted.

The online ordering process was relatively easy and we received the machine intact in a reasonable timeframe. The coffee maker quality seems low for the price point.

I couldn’t believe it when others would say the Moccamaster was by far the best coffeemaker. After a few years, I gave it a go and I’m hooked. Haven’t been this excited about coffee in a long time. It truly does make a difference!

Quick and Excellent Taste

I love my moccomaster coffee maker! I had been wondering how to clean it. I ordered the Urnex descaler and cleaning powder . It made everything brand new. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived sooner than promised. 😁

Disappointed in the lightweight building materials used for plastic lids and carafe. On the first day, the lid to carafe chipped while washing. The frequent handling in coffee making and washing require more durable materials. At $350 dollars I expected higher quality.
