It brews very well; however, the machine seems flimsy especially the carafe which is very thin and light weight.

Superb, classy, and functional

I ordered coffee grinder tabs which I received quickly and they worked great. However there was one packet missing from the box. I contacted customer service and the IMMEDIATELY sent me a whole new box (three packets), no charge. I will be buying from them again.

Amazing in every way!

A friend generously gave me a $3000 coffee machine that I would never buy for myself and five years in, the grinder died. I was sad, but enjoyed it. Going on the market, I asked some coffee aficionado’s, and they pointed me to Moccamaster. Boy, I have loved it. I am tickled with it. Easy to use. Makes amazing coffee. I went from a Cadillac to a BMW. No regrets!

My coffee maker is 10 years old and it still works. Best coffee maker ever replacing worn out parts of every once in a while that’s it.

It’s a nice coffee maker and makes pretty good coffee, but the glass carafe is really delicate and seems like it might break easily

I placed an order for Moccamaster filters and even having to pay a small shipping fee, it was less than getting them from Amazon. I also received them much more quickly. I’ll order from the site when I need anything for my Moccamaster coffee maker.
