Have had a KBT for many years, decided to get the glass carafe with hot plate to maintain 2nd cup temperature. A great coffee maker.

The stainless carafe that came with my 2023 KBT model did not keep coffee hot. The 2026 carafe with glass insert keeps coffee hot for several hours.

Thank you!

My wife and I are enjoying delicious coffee from our refurbished Moccamaster. I refused to purchase something coming from China and am pleased with our new European built brewer.

Everything was easy and the item came quickly. I do certainly recommend Moccamaster USA!

These work perfect.

Good 👍 excellent.

Excellent quality coffee machines!!

We love our coffee maker!

I’m very happy with the new lid.

Descaling was a breeze. We have a water softener so there was not much scaling.

Intuitive website, easy cart additions, good communication post-purchase

Shipping was fast and it's great that you can buy parts when you need them. There is nothing like Mochamaster!

No frills, no extra words. Great instructions and follow through to see how I'm doing with my new coffee maker. Love this!

We absolutely love our first Moccamaster! It makes the best coffee! So simply designed which we love! This is the best coffee maker we’ve ever had. I have highly recommended it to all of my family members!

6/5 Stars! Exceeded my expectations
