It seems perfect, keeping just-brewed coffee hot, then warm . . . perfect fitting inserts, couldn't ask for more, except the previous thermal carafe was just as good but only lasted two years.

Fast response to my request for a basket repair part. Emailed customer service on Friday and got a response on Monday morning . . two days later shipping for the part was confirmed. !!

I purchased my first Moccamaster in 2009, then in 2020 my children gave me one with a hot plate for my 75th birthday. I've had to order new parts twice in all these years. The website makes that convenient and timely. After all these years, I couldn't start my day without a Moccamaster cup of coffee. . . Delicious!
