I had a minor issue with the carafe and MoccaMaster was very quick to fix it - been happy with this product so far and the long warranty.

Our carafe was delivered broken. We contacted Moccamaster and, after a simple email correspondence, we had a replacement a week later. The coffee tastes so good you’d swear it’s a boutique pour-over. 5 stars

The brew basket cover I received was easy to order from the Moccamaster website and is of great quality. In fact, it is better than the original in that it is slightly taller so better accommodates a reusable filter cone that I use that is just slightly taller than the top edge of the basket itself. It is also made of a thicker plastic, so seems less likely to crack or break as happened to the original. There are replacement lids listed on other sites for less. Maybe they're not of the same quality as the one I got, but it leaves me wondering (which is the reason for only 4-stars). Still, great quality from Moccamaster and pretty quick delivery. Pleased overall.

As with all the products I acquire from Moccamaster, this is a well crafted item that really offer a key benefit! The beans are fresh from the beginning of the pound to the last bean weeks later. The process used before was good but trapped air inside the cone. This canister removes all air with its hand guided device and creates a real vacuum. Very well made!
