I have been using my Moccamaster Coffee machine for years now. I actually bought a backup for it as well as extra carafes. I did have a problem with my first one, which your wonderful customer service staff took care of for me. I can't see me ever using anything but your products.

I purchased the Moccamaster because I was looking for the least amount of plastic in a coffee maker. And now I am enjoying the best looking coffeemaker ever, I ordered the sandstone and it is gorgeous and matches my kitchen cabinets. The Moccamaster is easy to use and makes The Best coffee!

Very responsive and our Moccamaster is working fine. Curious to know if we should take any extra steps between usage as we only use it on occasion and it can sit for months without being used?

The Mochamaster simply makes the best home-brewed coffee I’ve ever had. Having coffee out is mostly a disappointment. Also, it is pricey, but my past coffee makers each lasted at most a couple of years before needing to be replaced. I’ve had this Mochamaster for over ten years, and it’s just a workhorse! Very cost effective!

I was looking for a coffee maker that would simply, reliably make good coffee. That has not been my experience. I have found that, despite using multiple kinds of beans and grinds, that the coffee has been watery and/or bitter. The machine is not particularly difficult to use (although the filter basket is slightly more convoluted than many machines). The machine looks nice and I am hopeful that I will eventually be able to figure out how to make good coffee with it. But that has not happened yet.

Great product. Makes great coffee. Has a five-year warranty and the components are replaceable if they break. Simple and effective machine love it.
