Great coffee maker, we’ve used it daily for years and it’s very consistent. Very no-frills, but works well. Ordered a replacement plastic part for the brew basket bracket and I was able to repair it on my own.

Dropped my lid when unpacking and a piece broke off. Customer service sent me a new lid immediately!

I had an unfortunate event where my coffee thermos shattered on the inside randomly. I had only had the coffee maker for a little over a month at that point. Moccamaster was nice enough to send me a new one even though they didn't have to. . . . . . . . . . . and then the package was misplaced. Moccamaster still didn't have to send yet another one, but they did anyway, which I really appreciate. In a time where good customer service is being replaced by AI and going away, I really appreciate the companies that are still doing a good job at being understanding humans.

My carafe broke, I looked everywhere to buy a replacement, no one has it. Then I put myself in the waiting list in moccamaster when it will be available. They emailed me that the had them in stock! I am so happy the I got it, it keeps my coffee very hot, after my first cup of coffee.
