I like the simple yet complex design of the machine. It makes great tasting coffee. Had to figure how to keep the coffee hot in the thermos. I add boiling water to the thermos and now my coffee stays hot. I drink a lot of coffee and like it hot, black and strong.

Excellent customer service, customer for life! No hassles,

Easy to order replacement coffee filter holder. Came quickly & works great. Easy job getting the replacement.

The Moccamaster is the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned. It quietly and consistently makes great coffee. It may cost more than some, but the quality is worth it.

Order process very easy to use.

Well packaged, quality maker and great customer service

i just did. see cother review

Love the coffee and while mostly a very substantial machine the plastic parts on basket and carafe are really cheaper than they should be for a premium unit like this. I have already added a walnut handle to carafe.....

Excellent customer service

Best tasting coffee ever!!

Love my refurbished Moccamaster. It’s sleek, fast, easy to clean, and makes great coffee. I’m grateful for the military discount, as well.
