Extremely delighted, it is easy to use and makes great coffee. The plastic parts and carafe feel light and fragile. I am extremely careful to not break them during cleaning.

I am just ordering filter refills along with descaling as I was out. I don't always brew a pot every morning, but I try to descale every time I open a new box of filters - cleaning more often but probably not weekly as i use filtered water in my brewer. It's still the best coffee maker you can buy!

Best coffee-maker Moccamaster KBGV I have ever owned. I have had this for several years. The manual gives perfect directions to use this coffee-maker. Seven grams of ground coffee for each four ounces of water. You must stir basket when coffee blooms to make sure all grounds get wet. My daughter visited me from out of state and ordered her own Moccamaster coffee-maker upon returning home. I recently gifted a friend with the single cup model and she loves it. Thank you to people in the Netherlands.

My parents new coffee machine is much loved. Unfortunately their carafe broke while brewing a new batch of coffee. The customer success tweak sent us care instructions, and helped resolve our problem really quickly. Not only see my parents able to make great coffee again but we also had the chance to use the moccamaster snd made delicious cups of coffee with the machine when visiting for the holidays. I think our next machine will also be a moccamaster!
