Great coffee maker, we’ve used it daily for years and it’s very consistent. Very no-frills, but works well. Ordered a replacement plastic part for the brew basket bracket and I was able to repair it on my own.

Dropped my lid when unpacking and a piece broke off. Customer service sent me a new lid immediately!
