Absolutely the best coffee!

Product, Service and Shipping were EXCELLENT! Love Technivorm Moccamaster!!!

Once had our mocha Master now for about 13 years. We've changed out a few things here and there but otherwise, a quality product

I reached out about a broken rubber stopper on my Technivorm CDT Grand coffee maker and was sent a replacement immediately. Very helpful and prompt service.

Could not ask for Moore. Great machine. I owned an older model for 10 years. It still worked but just decided it was time for a new one. Amazing customer service fast shipping. Dealing directly with the company was definitely a plus.

Perfect

The first Moccamaster I purchased was about 20 years ago. It makes the best, most consistent coffee I have had. I became a disciple! Purchased one for each of my grown children and one for my sister. They all ended up getting second ones for various uses. We still use the first one we ever got! I have not heard anyone having trouble with their machines. I do have a gripe. The one I got for my daughter came with a glass lined vacuum carafe. That is a game changer-it keeps coffee at least twice as long as my steel carafe. I can’t even replace my carafe, as I have the smaller coffee maker with the 1 liter thermal carafe. Are you guys planning to ever offer a 1 liter glass lined thermal carafe?

Nice canister and well made. It's bigger than I thought it would be. I'll probably get a couple more.

The absolute Best Coffee Maker!

Replacement part was identical to the original part, instructions were complete. Took longer to open the package, read instructions than replacing the part. I’ve had this Moccamaster longer than I can remember. Still making an exceptional cup of coffee.

Well made and works well but replacements are very expensive

I’ve had a Moccamaster for almost 10 years and finally added the KM5 grinder. Why did I wait so long?!

Moccamaster is an excellent coffee maker. I would recommend it to everyone. It is more expensive than other brands, but it worth it. Also, Moccamaster USA has a very good Customer Service. Thank you.

The best drip coffee maker by far

When the single serve coffee maker brew basket doesn’t clog it makes an outstanding cup of coffee. I’ve followed customer support’s recommendations and still experience occasional clogs. Great coffee maker that could become an excellent coffee maker with an improved brew basket.

We’ve been die hard pour over fans for a while but we haven’t touched it since we got our moccamaster. Honestly the coffee tastes just as good and is so much quicker!

The replacement part arrived fast and has already been put to use.

Communication is excellent. Great product.

All parts needed were in stock and arrived quickly.

The product is great. Coffee is just better tasting. I dislike how much plastic there is but I’m happy with it overall. Product arrived easy to assemble and very securely packaged.
