Looks good. Easy to set up. Carafe is nice. Coffee is good. Coming from a 20 year-old thermal carafe Capresso, the parts seemed a little cheap, but so far so good.

Best coffee I’ve ever had!

I always the gray 10 cup Moccamaster, but I had already purchased the smaller carafe model. Then I saw you had a refurbished 10 cup. Sadly, it wasn’t gray, but it was such a great deal. I had to get it. I just got home from a trip today and my house sitter used my old smaller craft model and loved it so much that I gave it to her and kept the 10 cup refurbished machine for myself. You’ve got two happy clients.

After 2 defective refurbished brewers, I got a new one that functioned properly. Customer service was kind and responsive within policy limits. The coffee is excellent, as it should be at this price. The ergonomics are mildly problematic. Specifically, the parts that you have to move to operate the brewer do not move smoothly, so the process requires more attention than is comfortable (before first cup of coffee). Seating the coffee basket above the carafe and below the showerhead takes patience. With practice, I'm sure it will become automatic, but I thought you ought to be prepared.

Shipping was fast and no issues upon delivery.

Moccasmaster is the best coffee maker. This unit is replacing a 15 year battered old moccamaster. Bought new because my wanted green. I plan to replace a few parts on the old one to take it to work. Quality coffee in five minutes, very consistent, and I recommend hand grinding coffee beans.
