I think ur product is good. But the amount of emails u send me is a turn off!!!! Stop bombarding me multiple times a day w emails. Enough already!! If I need something I will order, I will not order if u don’t stop sending me emails! I’ve unsubscribed. Now beat it!

Been a month and no refund

Very poor customer service! I have an issue presently and no one will respond, I may stop doing business with them unfortunately, I do like their products.

Very disappointed on the product received

I love their products. Advertising is often inaccurate and not honored. Most recently ordered a product that was supposed to be on sale, took multiple emails and chat online before they agreed to honor the terms of the sale. Also the gift with purchase was to include 20 items, only eight were sent.

I like the products for the most part and use them from time to time. Regarding the business however: the website promos are misleading. If it's sitewide, the promo should be sitewide. If exclusions apply, it should state that there are exclusions (and therefore it is not "sitewide"). Nowhere on your website did it say that the recent promo had some exclusions-- it just said "sitewide". But it wasn't. false advertising is annoying.

Don’t like it when you advertise items saying that item specifically has a 20% discount and when you go to check out it says it doesn’t apply to that item. I send you a picture of your advertisement and you still give me a BS untrue answer. False advertising is illegal

I contacted your customer service because I didn’t get the mystery bag items Free promise with my purchase. I believe you should send them since you are offering them

I love the products. But when the sale code was not working to purchase the products I need, customer service was unable to help. Three emails and one online chat. The sale is now over and I still have no product.

I like your products very much but your website and customer service need improvement, in my opinion.

Returns are not free. That’s a problem with not knowing what color works best.

Very poor. I couldn’t complete my order on line because I think you don’t ship to Hawaii. I contacted you by email asking, “where do you ship & where don’t you ship.” No one has ever answered me 🥲

I’m disappointed, I spent quite an amount and I could have purchased elsewhere. It would be shown I was permitted, per the purchase free items, I selected the items. The system did not hold them and of course I did not receive the items. Not good for customer service. Thank you
