It use to be the gold standard of skincare, you discontinued several of your best products ever released, and now we have just a very short catalog of products that still are re formulated with less fermenters and high quality ingredients, for fillers. You are becoming popular not distinctive.
Am or am I not getting a product I ordered from you? When I placed my order you said it was rejected but my credit card was used for the purchase. What is going on?

Face product stained my towels and customer service just disregarded my concerns without so much as asking for pictures. They took over 2 weeks to get back to me and in the meantime, someone from the company researched me on LinkedIn. How is that common practice?
Quickly resolved my issue. I am a very satisfied long time customer.
Submitted a complaint/ return request for an essence that caused breakouts and skin irritation but there’s no follow up and resolving the issue takes a really long time
I have enjoyed Amore Pacific for years, but sadly have to go elsewhere. I have an allergy and after repeatedly asking the company what products have this particular allergen, I got no answers. Moving onto companies that are more transparent.

Would like the ability to actually converse with a representative of the company . Have asked several times why the product line is no longer in DC area … especially when there was a rep. In Neimans and Nordstrom who were excellent representing your line . Can only assume that your sales are off. Will see who they recommend now.
