Customer service gets a big A+ for handling a recent issue with products I ordered. I’m not happy that you discontinued the Moisture Bound cleanser and eye gel. The replacements are good, but not as good. It takes time to find products that work, and I’m rarely willing to spend a lot, so having to change never makes me happy.

The product is 5 star i love the SPF, it is lightweight and covers wonderfully without looking caked on…but it isnt available to me in Canada, very disappointing..ive used it for years.

I started with sample sizes and kits and discovered that I really love the line. The soft fragrances, the texture and the results are all great. Using the Enzyme Cleansing Powder is a wonderful way to start the day. I especially like the Time Release Eye Reserve Cream over many others I've tried. Also, I realize you shouldn't judge a line because of the packaging, but the bottles are beautiful.

I am very pleased with your company thus far. I love your products. They are expensive, but they work so well with my skin. Your web site is easy to navigate and your customer service is prompt.

Product purchased is only little over half bottle filled. I called customer service and did not offer a replacement so i just returned it.

I like your products, but am disappointed that you pulled your less expensive products out of the market and now only have available the eye cream and face moisturiser in the expensive line which not everyone can afford. Also not all the department stores you are working with carry your line and only on specific locations and it makers it hard to access samples in person and try any product.
