Terrible customer service never have to deal with any company before that that takes for 2 months to refund you. I still haven't received my refund.
Until i get a refund or my products sent, I cannot comment. Ups lost my package in December and its still not resolved I do like the products
I have never seen customer service like this. It took one month to get refund and no one follows up quickly. I will never order anything from the website

I have been using Amore Pacific for years. I live in Canada and bought my products at Sephora. Now it turns out not only does Sephora not carry your line but your US company doesn’t even ship to Canada. Once I finish the products I have I will be seeking out another line that cares to do business in Canada.

My wife is extremely happy with the eye cream and the face cream however I am not very happy with the process. I paid for 2 day shipping on the 21st of December and didn’t get the products till January 3rd. I still feel I should be reimbursed for both extra shipping costs!!
Very responsive to my concern. I had 2 orders that need immediate attention given the error in my address. Amorepacific customer service was very swift in responding to my plead. I am waiting for my reorders to arrive so i can finally try the products especially the Time Response line!
I like most of the products from amorepacific, and looking forward to new product in the new year!

excellent product, great service, excellent customer service as far as “returning “ an item.
Delivery was quick with continuous monitoring and updates from amore pacific and UPS. Noticeable improvement on the customer services noted via Chats and emails through Zendesk. Especially love their promotional offers and will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
My order was cancelled with no explanation.
You had me sign up 25% with email and text then say code not valid and never sent me login either to use rewards so I think you are a scam and I'm getting Korean skin at other places until you give valid promo.
