Well… your foundation (that i have to import) is to DIE FOR absolutely a masterpiece I adore your (discontinued “Time reaponse Skin renewal foundation) and your current “Complete” version as well. I just hope that you never downgrade your formulations as many many companies do once they get popular, because what has made tou stand out from the rest; it is your formulation. I love your products. I have tried many other brands but find yours works best for my skin. I am over 65 years old so decreasing the lines and keeping my facial skin moisturized and supple is important to me. I do find your website frustrating and difficult to navigate though.

Worst experience ever! Not only did I not like the product, I returned it, but my utter dismay; I never received a refund for my purchase! I contacted the company and they said that they issued me a refund. However, this is not reflected in my bank statement nor when contacting my bank. I contacted Amore Pacific again and no answer. Is it possible they are mistaken and ought to look into the matter?

There is no Online chat available or phone calls available to contact your company, my order has never been delivered, but my card is charged. I have provided all the information and proofs, but all I can do is endless waiting. I lost my confidence of purchasing from your website anymore.

My friend recommended color cushion compact broad spectrum , I have tried it and loved it, I have bought from Sephora in Toronto , and I went back for the refills, Sephora told me they no longer carry it anymore, so now I am left with the case and no refill. I wanted to buy on-line from your company but you don’t deliver to Canada 😱 I think that sucks 😡

I love to use AmorePacific skin care products. I’m been using for more than 12 years, before I had to go to the mall (department store to get it ) And then after they have a website… it very convenient, shipped to the house very quickly and save my time for shopping

I received my order of cleansing lotion, my first order from AmorePacific. I loved the quick responses on my questions on it’s whereabouts so I knew where it was everyday. I have tried the cleansing cream and just love it. I’m anxious to try the other products and was disappointed that no samples were included with my package. Hopefully, they will be in future orders.

Right after I just purchased 2 products, came 20% off sale. I emailed to see if they would do price adjustment and I was refused. They should of tried to compensate in any way and try to make it right. I just got flat No. made me feel like this company doesn’t care about their good customers.

Despite many bad reviews online because you discontinued Treatment Cleansing Foam you have not brought it back. The new product is very drying on the skin and not as good as the original

I’ve been using Amore Pacific for over 10 years and I wouldn’t use anything else!

There were multiple screens one showing my account and 800+points to redeem for $20.00 off and another about a 10% off offer. After 2 chats and referral to support which I contacted several times I still did not get $20.00 of or as 10% discount. The last last communication said to text support using a code to get 10% off on future purchases. I've never had such a difficult time navigating an offer for a simple discount which I ultimately did not receive. Leaves a very bad impression of a retailer with poor customer relations.
