I love this brand. I haven't been disappointed with any piece I've purchased. I also live that the sizing is based on reality rather than vanity.

The only thing I wish is that I could bundle purchases over a period of time and ship them together. When there are sales that are released on multiple days I am discouraged from making some purchases because I don’t want to pay multiple shipping fees (shipping to Canada is pricey!). If I could have a few days I could pick a number of items and then have them all ship together when the sales have all been released.

Multiple times per site visit, I have to close a pop up ad meant for first-time shoppers. I have actually avoided the site instead of checking out an outfit, because I wasn’t in the mood to deal with a pop up interruption. Otherwise, the categories and filters make it easy ti find what I am looking for. The instant-filter buttons (size x only; dresses) are handy.

Glad I found the t-rex t-shirts when they were on sale, I would have been really dissapointed had I paid full price for them.

This is my fourth time ordering these, and this pair is noticeably smaller than previous ones. When compared to an older pair, they are reduced in both the waist and length. I'm very disappointed with the decline in quality and the inconsistency in sizing. After years of purchasing from your brand, this experience has unfortunately led me to decide that I will not be ordering again.

Love US because it is one of the only brands with quality clothes in a large size range. Sizing can be very inconsistent though.

I've been shopping with US for years now. As a UK20, I do have options but I come back to US for great fits from jeans to shorts to t-shirts to winter wear to athleisure; I guess 70% of my wardrobe is US; and the quality of the clothes are amazing; the colours and fabrics hold up really well despite run of the mill washes in the laundry. And personally, I love the design aesthetic with rich jewel tones and classic elegant thoughtful stripes, cuts and prints rather than over noisy and crowded or cutesy designs. Thanks US!!

I wish I could filter tops and dresses by sleeve length. Other than that no complaints. Quality clothes that are easy to alter for a custom fit on the rare occasion that they don’t come fitting perfectly.

As mentioned, the fit isn't the same. Also shipping took forever.

Poorly. The description of the sizing on this broken black skirt was inaccurate. In this instance US didn't do well.
