I had ordered this dress previously. USPS misdirected it to another postal facility, where it has stayed for months. I emailed Universal Standard with the tracking information . They immediately refunded my purchase. I had a reply within an hour, on a SUNDAY. So, I tried purchasing it again. This time it arrived. I can’t say enough good about my experience with them. Love that sample size is 18 and clothes are designed from there. My first couple of items from US have fit well (US size S).

I would appreciate petites. I find I have to tailor almost everything. I like almost everything I order.

I cannot tell how important it is for a curvy body to have a nicely cut pair of pants. I got 6-8 size. I had to tailor the length as I am 5’2”. Which was not cheap. I wish they had a slightly shorter version but it was worth keeping the pants so I found a tailor.
