Fantastic brand with lots of styles to choose from.

Customer service is 5-star. Jeans and all denim is 5-star. Some other items are less than 5-star. Some colors are quite different online than in person.

Love the fabrics and special touches like the snaps in between buttons! Love the stretch in a lot of the fabrics too.

Universal standard never lets me down. Even when I order and discover something isn’t the best for me, they make exchanges/returns easy and have the best customer service. I love how they’ve added some great colors into the mix too.

I am so happy with these jeans. I always wear skinny jeans but decided to give straight a chance. They fit well and are not too wide. I am not a fan of baggy or barrel styles. Definitely a winner!

I came across Universal Standard online one day, and saw a promotion for a "Tee Rex" t-shirt and thought I'd give it a try. WOW. Best decision I ever made. The quality of the clothing is exceptional. Beyond anything you typically get online. The clothes feel good when you wear them, they drape well, they look polished and most importantly - they are comfortable. And if you happen to order the wrong size, or it's not quite what was expected the CS team is there to make it right. I've never had an issue and Monica is the absolute best and helping a girl out. If you hesitate at spending a bit more for quality items - don't. They will take care of you and you will not regret your choice.
