I adore this company and can’t say enough good about it! Not only are the spot on with their sizing for women’s bodies, but their product is worth every penny. They have great sales, understand their customers, and are always looking to improve.

Shipping is generally well communicated and expedient. Recently purchased a shirt that was out of stock and was refunded without receiving communication about the order status. I wish you’d contacted me and asked it I wanted to exchange to a different size or color. Still very pleased overall with my Universal Standard experience

The website has truly improved over the years! The ease of searching, filtering and sorting helps a lot! While the products are well made and fabrics are comfortable, the prices have recently kept me from being able to purchase what I like most. The sales and combo deals are still expensive and have less choice. I wish the direct prices without deals were more reasonable so it was possible to get selections without playing the waiting game to see if my size was available when deals or sales come around.

Love your clothes in natural fabrics. Can only afford them on sale or secondhand, though. Not a fan of your polyester and rayon. I can't do plastic in my clothes. Wish some other styles came in natural fabrics.

I love clothes and have quite a few choices in my closet. Many of my favorites are from US - the quality is excellent! I’m enjoying the new colors US is using lately.

My favorite US pants (and that's saying a lot). The rise on them is great (I have an 18" rise and these don't ride up too high on my crotch), and they fit beautifully.
