The clothes are classic, stylish, well cut and well made. Colour choices are lovely. Ordering from the UK is straightforward, and shipping while not cheap is reasonable.

I greatly appreciate that US gives actual garment dimensions of every size on your website. That is incredibly helpful and useful when you’re shopping online and you can’t try things on, of course. Although US claims to make clothes for every body, you don’t actually make clothes proportioned for petite bodies, but I definitely wish you would. It’s surprising that you don’t because I believe the average height of a woman in the US is 5‘–2“. Offering free shipping, as you always do, is definitely something that strongly encourages me to place an order. Customer Service is generally good but, when I email with questions, it can take a very long time to get a response.

Love the dresses, but wish they ALL had pockets. They are pricy and definitely should include them. The skirts are awesome. Keep making them.
