I love that you have garment measurements for the items. I hope that you’re not doing away with models on the higher end of your size range, I’ve noticed some items have only straight-size models (or they appear straight-sized to me) and it really helps to see garments on bodies that are similar to mine, with big bellies and not hourglass shaped and wearing the higher end of the size range.

I love my striped v-neck tee I received in my mystery 2 item box, but the pull on trouser jeans in size 3xxxs sizes 2-4 was a big miss. I have recently loss a lot of weight and I am now a true size 6 in pants and jeans. I love my denim box that got all those jeans are awesome and so stylish!

Always so pleased with US. Absolutely no other brand is consistently making quality, comfortable, but still stylish clothing for pluz size women. About half of my wardrobe is US, I still have pieces I bought in 2018 that I wear regularly. The quality of the clothing has been consistently high in the 8 years I've been a customer. I always look forward to the new drops. I always know that what I buy I'll have for years. Truly no one is doing it like US!

So many compliments to share . . . . I love the quality of the clothing you are creating. So far, I have been really thrilled with the quality of construction and materials being used. Bravo!! Also love the Fit Liberty program and the opportunity to exchange for a different size for some of your offerings. My three favorite categories are jeans, jumpsuits, and sweaters. I've never before liked a stretch jean, but yours are awesome. And the wide leg jumpsuits are so easy to wear. I add a shirt under so that arms are covered. And last, the heavy sweaters like the fair isle sweaters offered this year are lovely. I really wish they were longer, but otherwise, they are great. (Sadly I had to return two beautiful cable knit sweaters as they were just too short. ) Not so great experience in one area, the underpants. Initially, there were bands at the top that helped them to stay in place. More recently, I ordered several pair on a special 'final sale' offer only to find that they did not have the bands, just a very thin row of elastic, and so they sag and fall. Not a good look, to say the least. I hope that the waist bands will come back if they have not already done so. And finally, the website. I absolutely love that you use models of all sizes and that your photographer is celebrating all sizes. Again, BRAVO!! What sometimes feels overwhelming is that the site seems to feature every style in every color instead of featuring a style once and having the color options one layer down. This means that a single style with 4 color choices will appear in the first level of the site 4 times. And it means that wading through the site to see what styles are being offered is a cluttered experience. I shop for style first and then look to see what colors options are available. So now, I search for key words, but in doing so, I run the risk of missing new creations. Just my 2 cents worth. I wish there was a top layer that did not repeat a given style multiple times. And now for...
