Love the brand!

I love this company, and am always happy when I can afford to invest in more pieces. They are great quality, long lasting, and a great mix of basics and more style-concious pieces.

I'm now a die hard fan of Universal Standard, and look forward to shopping here more often!

I discovered Universal Standard in 2017 watching the Today Show interview with founder Alexandra Waldman. I emailed the company five minutes after the interview aired and got a response from Polina Veksler in fifteen minutes. I was blessed to live in Seattle where they had opened a store front with Kate. This is a quality clothing company that cares about dressing women in style and comfort. When Alexandra Waldman (co-founder of Universal Standard, may she rest in peace) went looking for cloths on 5th Avenue and couldn't find anything that fit her body type she took action with her friend and co-founder Polina Veksler. Alexandra Waldman quote "when I realized how invisible my issues were on the other side of the size divide. " Seventy-five percent of all my clothes come from US. One hundred percent of my jeans are US brand jeans. When people complement my attire, I give credit to US and send them to the website. Thank you Universal Standard, you have been with me from a universal size X-large to a size Large and now a size XL.

Amazing shopping experience. Only concern was that the coat was maybe a little too closely packaged in the box and could have used a protective layer of paper- just to prevent accidentally cutting the coat when unpacking. I almost did (but didnt)

So many places promise you a “good” outfit, a “classic” piece, a “sweater to end all sweaters” but US delivers. Literally. If I order online it’s because I’ve been in a store and seen something I might like, see they don’t have my size, and I have to feel the item to be sure my fingers don’t retract. With US, I see loads of what I like, know they have my size and am secure in knowing the feel is marvellous. I have never once had a finger retraction. Quality, luxury, fit, style and selection are mainstays here. And I am always complimented when I wear either an entire outfit or a statement piece. Stay here. They’re worth it.

Great garments, but shipping took a bit long.
