I have placed 2 orders with Towel Hub. Their product and prices are excellent. However, it is doubtful additional orders will be made solely due to the carrier they use to deliver my orders, being FedEx. The first order wound up delivered to the wrong address. The 2nd box was soaking wet (a heavy rain had been falling all day) and the driver claimed the truck had a hole in it. She, being the driver, did not stick around to see if the towels were damaged due to FedEx negligence, while displaying an extreme indifference to the situation. Towel Hub deeply apologized for both instances. However, since they use a carrier that treats their product in such a haphazard manner, I cannot imagine ordering again, which is a shame.
