Have been using white towels from another company for 4 years at our sauna studio. I just switched to gray Towel Hub towels and they are soooo soft and amazing quality. Looking forward to replacing the rest of our linens as we completely phase out of white towels.

The towels I ordered this time were not the ones I usually order and that was a big mistake. The towels are too thin and are not absorbent at all. Way too much lint comes out especially when you use the towel to wipe a styling product off your hands. I don’t recommend these towels

I received the beach towels I ordered and most of them have flaws in them. I’m disappointed…. these are gifts for my family and they don’t look as good as I wanted them to.

Nice quality fingertips for embroidery

Placed order for hand towels. Almost a week later received an email stating they’re on back order and asking what I’d like to do. Responding to the email was an option so I simply asked as to how long the towels would be back ordered. Three days went by and I had received no response so I again emailed with the same question. It’s now been another four days and still nothing. Have no idea as to the status of my order. Is it still back ordered, cancelled…. ?

Great products and great service. A mistake happened with my order and they were very prompt and friendly in fixing it. We order every year and have always had a great experience

The package was never closed, so the item either wasn't put inside or it fell out because it was open. I never received the item!

I love the thickness of my pink towels. I haven’t had orders for them yet but I’m sure the embroidery will be beautiful. Now I need 2 dozen red towels of the same thickness.

I love the robes. They are great quality. the Large size is perfect for my petite and plus size clients.
