Great experience start to finish

Excellent velour quality towels.

I was told the majority of my order is now out of stock. I have asked multiple times for a ballpark ETA of the rest of my order and have received no response. Even if they truly don't know when they'll get their restock, any response would be better than no response at all!

Happy with the product but it’s hard to make sure I reorder the same product once I type in the old number but get 10 options. Shipping is too expensive to return the wrong product.

The towels were largers by a few inches which through off our images. I would say around 15% of of the towels ordered were to big an unusable.

Quality of my towels were good ~ everyone loved the color ~ and lot of colors were available! I had some issues on my side, and called and emailed over the weekend to try to change the order. THEN things changed again. Bottom line is that Towel Hub never missed a beat and my order arrived actually ahead of time.

I didn’t realize the towels were sold by the dozen. I ordered too many then had to ship it back at my own cost. We’ve been a loyal customer for 8 yrs, never any issues. You would think with a mistake order like that you guys would have a deal with a shipping company to at least give a shipping discount if you aren’t going to pay for it.

The towels are a very good quality and delivery very quick.

5 stars for the towels. They seem to be of excellent quality and are exactly the color I wanted. 4 stars for shipping in that it seemed to be routed in some weird ways - for example, I am in Eastern Washington but the package went from Montana to Oregon before it came to me. It seemed to have been driven right by where I am. LOL! But still, I’m very pleased to have found these!

Great quality and quick shipping

Don’t ever buy towels from this company. Their customer service is terrible and they do not help customers at all. You have to pay a lot for shipping (around $50), and when you receive the package, the colors are not the same as shown when you ordered. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful or friendly. Even though it wasn’t my fault, they still wanted me to pay another $50 to ship the towels back, and then pay shipping again for a replacement. Very disappointed with this company.

These towels are great for salons with a busy color/ highlight traffic. Long lasting~ and when they finally start to age they do it gracefully- the sides will start to frey - but rarely do they rip or tear- I can honestly say I havent had one do that in quite a long time.

Outstanding towels for everyday use. Absorbent, perfect size and softness.
