Towels are nice and soft. The robes are good too (comfortable and feel comfortable against the skin). Well made and edges are sewn well. Good value too.

The towels are ordered great quality and made beautiful golf towels.

Towels quality seems to be going down. After three washes and dry cycle towel is already tearing apart.

Towels were of great quality (better than expected). I had looked for fingertip towels everywhere, and decorative ones were priced way higher than these. Since I use them as decorative and functional, these were perfect. . . .

Perfect. Arrived quickly beautiful towels

When I was purchasing the bathrobe and towels, your system declined my transaction through Apple Pay. I then used my credit card directly, and the purchase was accepted. When I received the order, it had been duplicated, and I ended up receiving the same order twice. This is not a good way to handle a sale. Once you saw there was a double payment, the second charge should have been stopped, or at the very least, you should have contacted us. When it comes to issues that affect the customer, your company seems to ignore them. But when it comes to advertising, you send endless messages to make sure people notice your company and products. Now I am stuck with 2 robes that do not dry well after a shower and 24 hand towels. I am very dissatisfied. I will not be buying from you again. I will go back to buying my towels and robes from Amazon or TJ Maxx. On top of that, the quality of both the towels and the robes is poor.
