My last order that I did for hand towels said they were bleach resistant and already have bleach stain. Did I mis understand what I ordered?

I ordered these towels for a custom order. They were a little more expensive than the blanks I was buying, but they were worth it! They are oversized and so plush. They were perfect for embroidery and the customer was thrilled with them. I highly recommend them and I will be ordering more colors
