Lousy Packaging!! The front panel and access door were dented, and the support legs were bent. We were not (favorably) impressed. Won't be back or recommend you.

I purchased the AquaMotion AMH3K-7N recirculating pump a couple months ago. The packaging came with all the required parts and installation was pretty straight forward; only took about 30mins. I used a smart plug and control the pump with Alexa commands. Worked great for about three weeks and then just stopped working. However, customer service was great and they shipped me out a replacement straight away. The new unit has been working for about a week; hopefully this one last longer!

A couple months in the system is working as advertised. Easy install.

Heat Pump was shipped as promised, but thermostat shipped was wrong one. Had to wait for them to receive incorrect one back before correct one was shipped, delaying my overall installation by over a full week. Other than that, I would have given a five star rating.

I appreciate getting a live person in customer service, however about all they do is pass you off to the product's toll free number.

Board was easy to install and works well in both heat and cool mode. Came to my house just a few days after my order, Thanks
