Good order fulfillment. Despite the weight, the 2 A/C units ordered were not damaged in transit.

They shipped two of the three grills very fast. Last one got delayed because they didn’t have it in stock. Overall very happy.

Excellent merchant, fast shipping. Price a little high, but product is imported and maybe tariffed to the sky.

was looking for a PTAC unit to replace our old one that had a broken crossflow fan.
