was looking for a PTAC unit to replace our old one that had a broken crossflow fan. I looked for days and days trying to find the right unit at the right price that was a quality unit with good ratings. I kept coming back to the Friedrich brand and Total Home Supply had the best offer. I had a few questions to ask and they quickly responded which helped me make a decision on the unit.
