Shopped around on the internet for a new PTAC unit to replace my old one that I could no longer get parts for. Looked and looked and THS had the best deal on a Friedrich unit, which happened to be what I was looking for. Latest in refrigerant and great in technology. I asked some questions and was given quick responses. Ordered and received my unit quickly. Installed it and it works great and has a great look to it as well. Highly recommend THS as a company that values their customers.

I had a few problems with the FedEx freight. They said it was going to be delivered on a certain day and it was in town and was not delivered. The next day I found out it hadn’t even made it to a hub in Portland 75 miles away. Don’t know what happened at all. But we were able to figure it out and get it up to me and That was about another three days later.
