Great,

all good

I have a FAG in my primary residence and decided to install Williams stand alone pilot wall unit in my summer home. Unbelievable how quiet this unit is! Huge difference from FAG. On a few mornings so far with temps down at the 30s, but it seems to quickly heat up my 1050 square ft house! Customer service with Total Home was outstanding from order to finish (including promptly sending the metal cover that was damaged in shipping) Thanks Total Home! So nice to find a solid thumbs up company!

Customer service quicky answered my question about the product and it arrived on time.

Fast shipping, easy ordering process. Great product/easy to install.

I was shocked that a purchase this significant and expensive was so easy. I’d recommend THS to anyone that is in the market for an updated PTAC unit. When my 13-year-old Amana bit the dust, I needed a new system quickly. THS had many products to choose from, shared a helpful buying guide on their blog, and provided accessory options as well. The shipping/delivery was fast and simple; the driver was even kind enough to help lift it into my house. Genuinely surprised with how well it all went, and now I’m cool and happy with my upgraded HVAC. Best price around too. You can’t go wrong!

Sales over phone worked out great had my previous model numbers walked me through it to delivery product A+

Shipping slowed not their fault

Very easy to use.

Great item; great service

Water heater arrived earlier than expected with no damage!!! Installation was fairly easy with the only hard part was running the black iron pipe.

Excellent experience, will purchase again

I was able to get assistance with identifying the correct part that I needed

Meh

Very smooth transaction. I had to delay shipping because we were out of town and they readily accommodated. Price was very good as well!

Order took longer than expected and then part of the order never came. This was really GEs fault but I would have liked updates.

Item in stock and shipped correctly and quickly. Other vendors would have taken weeks longer. Very satisfied with the process and produce

Purchase was easy. Shipping was trouble-free. All good so far. When I can afford the installation, I'll get back to you. Shouldn't be long.

O

Good service.
