The rubber coupling on the exit side to receive the 2" PVC could have been longer. Like a 2" fernco. Other than that everything was okay.

50 gallon water heater arrived as promised and in good condition. Professional installers said replacing the old GE 40 gallon with the new GE 50 gallon was seemless/ easy compared to some. Unit heats water as expected.

I would recommend this company over and over again. I got tremendous response from them with a product issue. They took care of it immediately. Jake went above and beyond helping me, which was really the responsibility of the Warranty company who was giving me a very hard time to resolve the issue. Mr. Jake went above and beyond to get it resolved I could never say enough good things about this place.
