The shipping to our home location was not right ; came on 18 wheeler n driver would not deliver it just to driveway : claimed his dispatcher did not allow him; so it’s 6;30 pm and how are 70 yr old cpl supposed to bring it to home??? Doh?

First…. total home gets a 5 stars. This is mostly about the Martin heater company in Canada, The idea behind the stove is great, also the statement that it would heat up to 200 square feet. I have a room about 180. It doesn’t even come close to heating this space. Not even with the barn door closing odd the room. On top,of that the casting on top is cracked…and I had to order a replacement for the controls as there are no readable adjustment. Markings - or words on it. Total home Supply are great! Super helpful and informative. They quickly ordered the part I needed. The issue was the company in Canada. I read about Marin Units and did not fully research to see where it came from. Next time will look for made in the USA. Would definitely order from Total home supply. They made an unfortunate situation much much better! Great staff and can always get someone by phone. That has become increasingly rare in these times. Very appreciative💜 they get 5 stars - the Canadian company not so much
