I found a 50% off thru SlickDeals, the chair is amazing, operates great with many functions, and my wife says it's the best gift ever. Shipped in a fairly quick amount of time, no damages, and very nice looking chair. I also talked to a representative who seemed pretty knowledgeable; this was because my original chair was no longer available. I was given 4 options, 3 were the same price, and one was double! I was a little angry at first that they're trying to upsell me, but the rep was genuine and ultimately changed my mind. I don't regret it at all.

Nice chair but quality is lacking. Mine came out of box with defect that I had to troubleshoot and fix myself. If I was average customer, the chair would need to be serviced and my understanding it means sending it back at customers expense all because of lack of QC at factory. Issue was one of cables was over crimped and would disconnect any time chair moved. Had to loosen cable management and give the cable with connector an inch of slack so when chair moves, it did not disconnect

I was too exited when I purchase the chair Osaki, but when I try it I saw that it doesn’t have the way to adjust the chair when you are sitting, the massage is too strong and I can’t turn down the intensity for the massage.

There's no total control. The lowest setting especially of the air compression is already too high to be comfortable. Anything higher is painful. What worse is, all control settings default in the middle and to go to the lowest setting you have to go through the highest setting first. That's terrible design. Usually everything starts in the lowest setting and go up from that. The shoulder air compressors doesn't deflate right away even after turning off the massager. It takes at least 5 minutes to deflate and you can't get out while it's inflated which is dangerous. Also the pressure is not even from left and right. The foot roller is awfully painful with no padding at all and no pressure adjustment. This massager will make your body more in pain than relaxed due to this terrible control settings.

I purchased the Titan Pro Commander 3D massage chair, and could not be happier with the quality, appearance, and operation of this chair. The air massage features on the legs and feet are amazing! I have not figured out all the additional features such as Bluetooth, but if it works as well as the rest of the chair, I'll be good to go!

The Titan Cascade massage chair is a decent option for those looking for a massage chair. The build quality is good, and the massage programs are satisfactory. I like the form factor and looks. It is also narrow enough to get through my bedroom door. For a smaller person like me (5'6", 140 lbs) this chair fits like a glove. Large people might find it too tight. The voice control is ok. I can say "Relax massage" and the program kicks in. I had hoped for commands like "up a little", "stronger", "raise feet", but that's not available. I attribute the poor voice integration to translation issues with the Chinese manufacturer. This is also an issue with the manual, which is translated and organized poorly, and nearly useless. There are also some software issues that may cause frustration. After a timed program ends, the chair remains in the zero gravity position, and the remote screen goes blank, making it unresponsive except for the power button. This can be confusing and frustrating, as you have to reset the chair to use it again. Another issue is the intensity level, which only goes from medium to very intense, making it impossible to have a gentle massage. This may be painful for some users, and it would be great if the chair had more adjustable intensity levels. The airbags are also strong, especially at the feet, making it uncomfortable for some users. For me this works, as I like a strong massage that loosens my trigger points. The remote control user experience could also be improved, as it requires a lot of clicking around, and sometimes you have to go back to the top menu and navigate back down again. Overall, the Titan Cascade massage chair is a good option, but it does have some room for improvement in terms of software and adjustability.

Every time I call the customer service, it means that the technical staff will send an email to me for connection. After waiting for a long time, I call again, or it means that the technical staff will send an email to me. I have answered it twice according to the above requirements, and still asked me to send the same request. If I could, I'd give a no-star review. I paid thousands of dollars for this lousy service
