Love the Chair. Though I understand that the delivery service is not part of Titan Chair, but the company does select the companies they contract with. Beltman Group or RoadRunner, not sure what the delay was, but getting in contact and getting the shipment scheduled delivery was like pulling teeth.

I called and someone sent me the email, after that no response.

We love the chair and got it for a great sale price. More detailed instructions would have made it an easier setup but I figured it out.

I was pleased with the fast delivery after placing an order on September 28th. However, the upper part of the product does not function at all. I contacted customer service, but even after waiting for a week, I received no response. I called again and customer service took my complaint again, saying they would send the part and come to provide service afterward. It has been 10 days, so I am waiting.

The entire process from the ordering to delivery to the chair itself was perfect. Would recommend to everyone!

I would like to know if the free delivery includes deliver into home?

The chair was not delivered to my doorstep, but instead was left at the entrance of the apartment. I had to hire another mover to help me carry it up three flights of stairs.
