I bought 2 products, both on sale for the same price. I went with the remote and I bought the touch screen for my mother. The Aster: Works great. I’ve had many chairs in the past and this one is high on the list. It’s a great buy for those working long days/ night shifts. Ease of use, the remote isn’t confusing, after using a couple times you’ll know which buttons are which. I recommend the Aster. The Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle was on sale at the same price as the Aster; so I bought one for my elderly mother. The main selling point of the Pinnacle was the big touch screen, I wanted simplicity for her. Well I was unaware the machine had to put be it together, there were too many electrical wiring so my mother hasn’t use hers yet. Word of advice: if it’s a gift or you’re someone whose isn’t tech savvy, get the Aster, skip the high end touch screens. The remote will do you just fine.

Good chair but I felt like the neck was unsupported

I ordered the chair through a promotion from Titan chair. The chair turned out to be directly on the back muscles and I decided to call for an exchange. I was told by the representative that they will have to transfer me to the deal moon (promotion code site) manager. The manager next called me back after the presentative left a message. No one was able to help me. Will not be ordering from this company again.
