I ordered via deal moon “ on sale” deal, it’s all good so far and only thing I wish that there is a way to automatically extend more than 15 minutes setup. I have to manually adjust every 15 minutes. Maybe I didn’t operate correctly. 😅 Delivery Gentleman is really nice and helpful ! !

The massager chair does a great job making my aching muscles feel good. Love the foot massager as I have sore feet a lot. It's very strong so I don't use the full strength settings. I'm a big guy and I'm able to fit comfortable. My family has also enjoyed the chair as well.

The original chair we bought online was not available however, they called and gave me a better chair for the same price. It is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We are very very happy!

We paid extra $200 for installation but the deliver guys didn’t install the chair properly and almost damaged the chair. Had to install by ourselves. Requested for installation refund but no response.

I sent out an email describing some issues with my new Avalon chair couple weeks ago, and I never got any response of my request.

Neck is fine, back is good, but it is killing my leg.

Delivery guy was unprofessional and mishandled the chair.

overall great experience. customer service was very responsive with providing parts for install of the foot rest, that the install people didn't know how the clips worked.

The chair itself is excellent. For the 70 something dollars to pay just to have the guy bring it inside of the front door is not worth it. I could have dragged it through the front door myself.

We have had the chair for a couple of weeks now and are really enjoying it. It's been fun trying the different settings and getting different types of massages at various intensities. The chair is of great quality. It's comfortable. It was easy to set up and is easy use. The customer service team has been helpful and always answered by questions, whether about delivery, footprint or usage. Highly recommend!
