Great customization options and fast shipping for a custom bag!

Favorite bags for over 20 years for me & my husband!

I originally purchased this backpack in 2017 in Seattle and sadly had it stolen in 2024. I had the side pocket zipper replaced twice (lovely customer service to get it fixed). Used this bag for work every day, for traveling both car and plane. Just adored it, all the pockets and easy access to things and how it was expandable. I needed a quick replacement but never forgot how much I liked the Never Check bag. So I finally pulled the trigger and ordered one. I immediately wondered what I was thinking not ordering it sooner. It is again my work bag and it will make it's first plane trip in 3 weeks. If you want an every day bag that you can easily use to travel, get this bag. Quit pondering or waiting for a sale, just get it.

Excellent product, great communication, and fast shipping. Highly recommended!

High-quality experience.

The design is simple, but it organizes things so well. Totally worth the purchase.

Purchasing was very easy just was looking for a smaller size backpack because I ‘m only 5’2”

Shipping was a little slow.

Nailed it.

Excellent product, as usual!

Extremly fast shipping, and amazing communication.

Shipping was a little longer than expected (about 2 weeks), but everything arrived in good condition.

This bag exceeded my expectations! It’s sturdy, well made, and has plenty of organized pockets!

Quality is amazing. Got a different color than I ordered but I like it as well. Fits my tablet laptop and cord, wallet, lots of small items but not my water bottle which isn’t a big deal. I’d definitely buy again.

Absolutely love my backpack!! It is the perfect size to fit all my essentials without feeling cramped but also compact enough that it is easy to carry.

Great buying experience.

Easy shopping (though I’d like to suggest the photos of the different sizes of the bag be taken near to something that provides a sense of scale easier), fair price for the quality. Fast shipping.

Simply amazing!

Awesome bag! Great quality and perfect size.

Build quality was top notch and lots of room.
