I absolutely love this bag. My Timbuk2 messenger bag is > 20 years old and still in use. I love it so much, that I bought this newer model for someone else. They wanted a backpack instead for extra shoulder support, so I've returned it and will buy them a Timbuk2 backpack instead. If I needed a new messenger bag, I'd have kept it for myself!

Love this one. I only wish the bottom were a bit thicker, like the previous version. Love all the storage options, and the size is perfect for everyday. I can thin it out and bring some day change of clothes and a puffer jacket.

Great communication & email about the status of the bag. Was given coupon code for next purchase but unfortunately it expires in a month which is a shame because that is a really short period of time to decide on my next bag.

Shipping took a while but the customer service and return process was very helpful and straightforward.

Bag is made very well. Custom color slows shipping way down so just be aware. Worth the wait though.

Got here quickly! Liked the backpack (wrote a separate review for the spire laptop backpack). Neighbor told me about Timbuk2 two decades ago and I didn't want to risk going with a brand that might not be as well constructed.
