Everyone was helpful and the policy is a huge benefit but obviously there’s some subjectivity about what normal wear and tear looks like. To me it looked like the fabric wasn’t very durable and could neither hold a stitch or a cinch. Timbuktu 2 disagreed and that was that. I’ll reinforce the straps myself with dental floss and a sailmakers awl.
