My attempts to purchase was canceled multiple times. I had to contact the SF store to help with the invoice and pay with another card only to find out that one of the online purchases came through. I ended up with 2 purchases - one online and one from the SF store. The customer service communications was quick but it was such a hustle to coordinate and now, I have to figure out the return of one of the purchases.
