Great communication & email about the status of the bag. Was given coupon code for next purchase but unfortunately it expires in a month which is a shame because that is a really short period of time to decide on my next bag.

Shipping took a while but the customer service and return process was very helpful and straightforward.

Bag is made very well. Custom color slows shipping way down so just be aware. Worth the wait though.

Got here quickly! Liked the backpack (wrote a separate review for the spire laptop backpack). Neighbor told me about Timbuk2 two decades ago and I didn't want to risk going with a brand that might not be as well constructed.

What a great bag, surpassed all my expectations. Now my number one for the daily commute to work, I need everything to fit into one pack. This easily holds my laptop, power cord, and other miscellaneous accessories. With lots of extra room for my lunch bag. The side pouch easily and securely holds a water bottle and an umbrella. Definitely liking the water resistant material very durable and still lightweight. Definitely why it has moved to the top of my list as my number one daily commuter.

Overall, my experience was a very pleasant one.

We customized a bag so shipping took some time. If you’re gifting a custom bag to someone, order it well in advance as it takes more than a week to arrive. The custom-colored bag was darker than I expected so I’m a bit disappointed about that but otherwise no real complaints.

Creating my custom bag online was easy. I had to wait a few weeks but I expected that. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It's perfect .
