Shipping speed was reasonable, packaging was easy to open. The only suggestion I can make is that putting your logo on the outside of shipping packaging can spoil some surprises. Is there a benefit to the delivery person knowing where I’m ordering things from?

The only part of this bag that is subpar is the water bottle holder is too short. Yes it will securely hold a plastic 12oz water bottle, but a larger 18-24 oz reusable water bottle you have to watch that it doesn’t fall out.

Excellent brief for business and for travel. So good my wife had to have one to match mine. Luggage handle pass thru makes it secure when gliding thru airports, etc.

LOVE IT. I've had a lot of messenger bags and this one is the dreamiest. Good quality, good color, careful construction, and really intelligent design. It's very adjustable, but you can hide the excess shoulder straps into pockets on the side so the whole thing stays streamlined. There are tons of pockets, some zippered, even internal pen pockets so they don't float around. Also two internal holders, one on each side, for a water bottle and a thermos. Plenty of room to pack all sorts of things, with hefty internal slot to tuck a laptop, but even with a full pack, the load feels light in its distribution. Highly recommend.
