Will purchase in the fiture!

So far so good. It’s definitely water resistant/waterproof because the first few times I use the bag. It was pouring rain in our area. The laptop sits securely in the bag and doesn’t jostle around. The big internal space can hold a lot of stuff— just wish there were a couple of interior wall pockets in the large internal space to help keep things organized. The straps are comfortable to use whether as a backpack or an over the shoulder bag. The only real complaint is that the free shipping took quite a while to arrive.

Arrived in a timely fashion, and the return process was easy.

Good. I was happy with how quickly the bag shipped and how easy the website was to navigate and the detailed information on the bag.

Love it

I bought my first parker commuter backpack 15 years ago and it lasted for that long. I travelled the world with it and the parker was my daily backpack for life in Manhattan. I am thrilled to have my second one and hope it keeps going for 15 more years!!!! What a great quality bag. I am so happy about the durability and the design!!!!
