Designing this setup on the Timbuk2 website was half the fun! The online customizer lets you tweak every single panel, trim, and pocket in real time, making it super easy to experiment with colors like Optic White and see an accurate visual preview before placing the order. The checkout and tracking updates were completely seamless, and the turnaround time was impressively quick for a fully custom-built piece of gear!

The website is so user friendly and my bag arrived 5 days earlier.

A marked improvement over my previous Timbuk2 custom backpack though the pen holders leave much to be desired: They're too shallow to be effective at keeping pens/pencils in place. Additionally, the material utilized in the padding for the internal laptop sleeve snags the Velcro strips on my laptop if SSDs are not actively mounted. Still, the versatility & usability of the bag make it an ideal fit for commuting or just moving about with a whole lot of gear, inside & out. Shipping & delivery were both extremely prompt. An overall positive experience.
